installation Starter sur le cPCI sous Windows
Le démarrage du Starter sous Windows ne semble pas fonctionner quand TANGO_HOST=thomx-srv-2.thomx.fr:20000 mais semble fonctionner quand TANGO_HOST=thomx-serveur2.thomx.fr:20000
