Add the possibility to give in the Conf file the min number of entries in each spectra to be saved (avoid useless memory usage)

./PlotResults Nentries NWorkers ==> Proof mode
./PlotResults Nentries ==> No Proof mode

adding a possibility to run without proof. Need to '#define USEPROOF' in both headers in order to run proof. Comment both to run classicaly.

adding diamant deltaTS peak positions reading, a new neda cut reading, cleaning up branches (useless one might be uncommented if needed)

adding the possibility to give a specific file as input, better check of cuts definition and input files
