Corrected TSHit declaration  - it is not an array in the input tree

Changed format of output file numbering to Run_XXXX, or Run_XXXX_to_YYYY (always 4 digits, now "s" if more than 1 file

Corrected reading NEDA and DIAMANT Delta TS peak positions,  not requested/not found messages

adding a possibility to run without proof. Need to '#define USEPROOF' in both headers in order to run proof. Comment both to run classicaly.
