This repository has Matlab code developped by Khalil Yala at Locean
(Sorbonne Universites, Paris). This code needs the SOM Toolbox (see
https://github.com/ilarinieminen/SOM-Toolbox, maybe the most recent
version of Kohonen code). The directory `som_for_2s_som/` contains
three functions which are a modified version from the ones from
SOM-Toolbox. Use those functions in replacement for the originals !
