cleaner multiple system support

Add binary closing to land_large (with large kernel
in convolution, it makes holes a few pixels large)

Two repos were manually kept in sync with manual copy-paste
(one private for work on my pc, and one for ciclad)
To avoid this overhead, i will only work on this repo,
with possibly multiple branches

Parallelisation not fully working yet

Plus merge land computation in compute_clip
