Calculation of the energy partition between the hits in PSAFilterGridSearch when using AdaptiveTwoHits is
now done analytically, no more with a loop on possible values.
Some adjustments in TrackingFilter::SetOutput so that the adf tracked frame structure contains position and energy in the gamma-related part.

closeTTree TrackingFilter and AncillaryFilter no more called in process_stop but at the end of ProcessBlock. Calling it in process_stop generates crashes because due to the fact that in narval process_stop is called asynchronously while data is still flowing.

Rudimentary implementation of TrackingFilterMGT

WinCtest simplified by exploiting the fact that the almost all actors (including now also AncillaryProducerTCP) inherit from NarvalInterface.
The only exception is EventBuilder which needs anyway to be treated differently from the other actors.
I have also slightly modified the synchronization of the threads in PSAFilter and WinCtest to avoid the random blocking we had so far: to be checked in the Narval farm.
PSAFilter can now correct the charge trapping due to neutron damage, using Bart's new signal bases LibTrap_xxxx.dat
The left peak-tails in the tracked spectra have been removed by modifying the segment energies to sum-up to the value of the core.

A first implementation of charge trapping correction using the new signal bases by Bart with the E-field dependent sensitivities.
The production of the n-tuples to check the effect is decided by the keyword WritePSAHits in the PSAFilter.conf.
The correction is applied according to the electron and hole mean free paths specified in PSAFilter.conf by the keywords LambdaE and LambdaH.
Added also more detailed symbols in commonDefs.h (e.g. TF_LOCALSPECTRA or TF_FromGRU_) to control the production of histograms in the individual libraries
