A first implementation of charge trapping correction using the new signal bases by Bart with the E-field dependent sensitivities.
The production of the n-tuples to check the effect is decided by the keyword WritePSAHits in the PSAFilter.conf.
The correction is applied according to the electron and hole mean free paths specified in PSAFilter.conf by the keywords LambdaE and LambdaH.
Added also more detailed symbols in commonDefs.h (e.g. TF_LOCALSPECTRA or TF_FromGRU_) to control the production of histograms in the individual libraries

Added the possibility to write-out the PSA hits in the crystal frame to study the problem of neutron damage using external programs. Consequently the number of spectra/matrices has been reduced.
Added a rescaling of the core energy int GetDataPSA() with values from a file (keyword RescaleHits in getParams()). In this case the energy of the segments is rescaled to the new energy of the core.

The latest Bart's signal bases contain the path length and sensitivity to charge trapping for electrons and holes.
To develop the correction methods the PSA writes out a binary file Psa__-12-F__Hits.fdat with the needed information (--> should become a Root Tree!).
Be aware that at the moment this is done in PSAFilterGridSearch:Process() (and not in PostProcess) )and therefore is not thread-safe.

Multi-segment events are now analyzed in order of decreasing segment energy. The the result of the already-analyzed segments is subtracted from the experimental trace so as to remove/reduce their contribution on the lower energy ones.

Added the possibility to compress the original traces written to disk with WriteDataMask 2. The compression algorithm has been written by Alexander Buerger during the 2010_week21 experiment and implemented in a transparent way. The compressed data is ~42% of the original size.

Added also the possibility to write a subset of the traces by applying an amplitude threshold to core (only for WriteDataMask 2)

Modified AncillaryFilter and AncillaryFilterVME to handle PRISMA and DANTE at the same time. To understand which one is present in the event, their trigger should be acquired in a TDC channel.
TDC channel and TDC range are specified in the configuration file with the keywords:

Timing of ge-ancillary in TrackingFilter improved by using the LocalTrigger of the AGAVA as taken in a TDC of the VME electronics. After calibration of the TDCs in the AncillaryFilterVME the "10 ns" is added to all TDC channels. The reference channels of the "10 ns" is given in AncillaryFilter.conf by the keyword ReferenceTDC.

PSAFilterGridSearch has been improved for multiple segment events by analyzing the sub-events in energy-decreasing order and removing from the data-traces the result of the previous (higer-energy) interactions.
