Calculation of flavour and precision observables with SPheno
Constraints for new physics scenarios come not only from direct searches and the Higgs mass observation but also from the measurement of processes which happen only very rarely in the SM and/or which are known to a very high accuracy. These are in particular flavour violation observables. When using the SPheno output of SARAH, routines for the calculation of many quark and lepton flavour (QFV, LFV) observables are generated.
The SPhenomodules written by SARAHcontain out-of-the-box routines to calculate many quark and lepton flavour violating observables:
The calculation is based on the FlavorKit functionality, which makes use of the chain FeynArts–SARAH–SPheno. Also some other observables are calculated by the combination SARAH –SPheno which are measured with high precision: electric dipole moments (EDMs), anomalous magnetic moments of leptons ((g − 2)l) and δ**ρ
