Implementation of the simplificatino of river branches in routing_reg_finbasins. It allows to avoid small outflows from the atmopsheric grid and reduces the work on truncate later on.

The gathering of all outflow points from the atmopsheric grid and their catchments is now in a separate subrouting.

Perform the triple HTU division over large confluence + rlen / rdz in the output are now the value for mainstream.

Test the dz limiter. It must now be between the minimum dz in the original data and the difference orogÃ_max and orog_min of the HTU.

Propose various metods to compute topoindex on the HTUs. The river length and elevation change within the HTU are not archived in the routing-graph file.

The river segment length and river segment elevation change per HTU is now carried until routing_reg_globalize. This allows to explore other methods of computing the topoindex.

It produces an unrealistic distribution of topoindex.

Now the sum of the topoindex is done correctly along the graph and then averaged over all branches. This is done for the first HTUs which are selected in routing_reg_findbasin.

Some clean-up in the options to compute topoindex per HTU. A 4th option was introduced to take the mean of topoindex along the river within the HTU.

Improves the treatment of "undefined HTUs". There was a lack of consistency between the Python and F90 part. This is now clarified and the routing-graph.nc file can more easily be processed.

Topoindex will become optional if orography is present.
