There is something really wrong with the start/restart files of the modipsl/ICOLMDZOR, but we don't know where the errors were introduced. The last tested version of DYNAMICO by me is: 8f474946 (mr_compare_ICO_start_01_34.pdf, mr_compare_ICO_restart_01_34.pdf). So, I need to start from this commit and work it up!

The problem was that the grid representation has changed in the start/restart files, because a new forms of the LAM were added.
