Converge the observable.f90 module

Patryk Kiepas requested to merge patryk.kiepas/dynamico-future:converge_observables2 into master

The convergence requires updating reference artifacts, as there are some numerical differences due to 1) a bug causing invalid computation of W500/850 outputs on trunk; 2) use of a newer hydrostatic_pressure() function on trunk.

Testing checklist:

  • CI
  • GPU (there are differences in the output_*.nc file, but they come from the bug from trunk)
  • modipsl/LAM
