Fixed mistakenly using N pin offset to get the P pin state as pointed out by Benoit from the C.E.N.B.G

Fixed a bug where setting the state of P digital pins, actually tried to set the value of N digital pins. Added a startup parameter to set the trigger polling interval. This way we can free the CPU while waiting for a trigger.

to set the correct address.

- Trigger source can now be changed while we're waiting for the trigger from the device
- Renamed almost all PVs to make them shorter and consistent
- Updated documentation

Added EPICS records documentation and some examples. Renamed some ZNAM
and ONAM values.
