* Published article are rejected by the method `RecordPubli` when at least one of the the MARC12 subfield `773p`, `773v`, `773y`, `773c` (paper reference) is missing.
* This type of error is recovered by the class `CheckAndFix` using the MARC12 subfield `773o`.
* Imporve the algorithm to determine if the article is published or not.
