Improve debugging message in Automaton class.
Add a protection against empty URL in Automaton._is_record_in_db 

When categories are different between the publication
and the harvester, keep only publication = PRE and harvester = ACL.

8 10 search publications in several stores

* The origin field is now a string containing the list of oai_url separated by a comma, one value for each store.
* Additional method to the class `Record`: `primary_oai`, `primary_oai_url`, `secondary_oai`, `secondary_oai_url`.
* Change the signature of the methods: `Automaton._is_record_in_db`, `Automaton.get_record_by_fields` and `Articles.get_record_by_origin`.
* Harvester logic modified to search articles in several stores.
* Close #8, #10

* Modify the database schema.
* Add the script `mv_dbschema_0815` to modify the schema of existing databases.
* Add the new function `harvest_tools.search_synonym`.
* Add the methods `Automaton.search_collaboration`, `Automaton.search_country` and `Automaton.search_publisher`.
* Modify the `Msg` class and the harvester view to display the synonym when the record is rejected.
* Update the documentation.
* Add more tests.
