23 node application

* Create the node `application`
* Move the content of the node `CAS` and `Configure application` to `applications`
* For harvester table and wizard use the label `automaton` instead of `category`

For the harvesters table, use the label automaton for the controller field and the label category instead of code.

Add the node Application. Remove node CAS and configure application, migrate their leaves in Application.

21 preferences widget

* Replace the database table `application` by the table `preferences`. The only difference is the type of the `value` field which is `JSON` instead of `string`.
* The user documentation has been modified too.
* The database schema is not modified since the service GAE SQL Designer is not available.
* Close #21
