Resolve "Add the number of citations"

• Add database table citations
• Add selectors citations_selector, graph_citations_selector and top_citations_selector
• Add application node cron jobs
• Add controllers and views cronjobs/citations, graphs/citations, metrics/top_citations_selector and wizards/update_citations
• Add a new chapter, citations, in the user documentation
• Closes #78 (closed)
