Resolve "old.inspirehep.net"

LE GAC Renaud requested to merge 95-old-inspirehep into master
  • Fix several issue related to the new release of inspirehep.net
  • The new API is not available for publication but it is available for conferences
  • The old API is available for publication but not for conference
  • The store cds.cern.ch is still using the old API
  • Redesign the InvenioStore to handle all cases and to prepare the future, namely by adding the concept of shelf
  • Redesign the functionadd_conference_data as well as get_conference_data
  • Update tests/basis
  • Closes #95 (closed)
