Resolve "Migrate from MARC to JSON format"

LE GAC Renaud requested to merge 77-marc-to-json-py37 into master
  • Use JSON format instead of MARCXML
  • Migrate the first version prepare 2 years ago to python 3.7
  • Improve debugging of InvenioStore and Automaton by using logger
  • Add protection and fix bugs
  • Closes #77 (closed)
