[SOMBO] Improve the email template for resource providers
From Debora : I have discussed with a EOSC service provider and we came up with few changes in the template email that is sent from SOMBO that can help a lot the providers who do not receive this type of request frequently.
So if possible can you consider these changes?

Make the link to the order more visible lie with a larger character or more evident colour; -
If the person receiving the email is not yet registered to SOMBO, they will not be able to see the information, so it would be good to add a short text of the email on what the provider has to do if he/she is not registered to SOMBO yet.
