Add public pages

Some of the pages are already accessible publicly (/dowtimes/a/, /home/a/)

  • make it more visible into the home page (locker icon )
  • this locker could be also added into the menu on the right
  • add a page with the list of the VO

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
