[VO] Vo module improvements

Switch easily from read to update when looking at VO ID cards -
Merge the vo search page and the update one . Browse VO ID cards for update and view -
Highlight changes into VO Update page -
Make the resources section visible on request -
Add documentation for CVFMS -
Review VO Registration Procedure access -
Add entries related to the VO ID card into the profile -
Check the homogeneity of documentations links (icon, color , look and feel) -

Some more points for you to evaluate/discuss.
Something I would find handy: being able to always switch easily from read to update when looking at VO ID cards to be able to always switch to edit/view in a click.
It could be nice to merge list and "Register/update" menu entries into one, it would make things a bit simpler (and I don't see anymore a search field on https://operations-portal.egi.eu/next/vo/search). In my opinion the list page is not adding much useful info/features not available from the register/update page.
On the VO creation page, if the account is having multiple certs linked to it, it would be nice to be able to select one of them or add a custom one. (for now it's filled with one of my deprecated cert). Not sure if it was said but keep in mind that EGI SSO will be decommissioned at some point, we would like to rely only on EGI Check-in (But I expect that you already get the EGI SSO IdP info from the Check-in).
On the page for updating VO it would be nice if fields that have been updated are highlighted (so that people don't make change without noticing it). Or even locked so that they are only edited one by one (maybe like a bit how it's done in Jira where you can edit the description/or a field of an issue independently)
Not the most important but it could be nice if Resources section could be shown only when needed/requested (i.e. grouping and hiding queue and jobs sections unless it's said that's the VO should support grid, same for the cloud part). It would also be nice to have some links to some documentation for things like CVMFS.
It's nice to have the "Check VO registration procedure" but people may miss it/not realise what it is, better it could be clarified in a short intro paragraph/sentence? With potentially link for getting some support (ops@? ucst?)
It would be nice to mark more strongly the fields that have not been filled, the contextual info is nice, but if it could be possible to have something a bit more visible (surrounding the field in red?) it may be clearer, especially for people with less young eyes.
It would be nice to have the ongoing VO creation/tickets listed in a page accessible from the "My account" menu (maybe having my roles being a link, and having something else like "My activity"?).
On the https://operations-portal.egi.eu/next/vo/userTracking page the icon in front of "How to use the tool" should be something more looking at a question mark, more usual for documentation. And this should be consistent across menus (for now list, register/update and user tracking are showing things differently while it's always to provide some documentation). And documentation link should have a different look an fell that action buttons (like the "Send global mail" from the security page)
