The disciplines in the Epic is not read from JIRA “CP-ScientificDiscipline:” -
I have updated or the EUDAT services thee order target email in the Marketplace but this change as not propagated to SOMBO (URGENT) -
When adding a service provider the start date should not be in 1970 (I would suggest to use the current date and the typical interval should be of one year and not 10 years. -
When sending a request to the service provider all information and comments to Project and order should be readable. (URGENT, already mentioned in a previous email) -
When going into manage SO for an order in state “new” on the left there are 3 statuses (in progress, done , ready) if we click on done or ready an error appears. From “new” the only transition would be either to “in progress” or to “waiting for respond” and from these to “Approved” or “Rejected”. Then from “Approved” to “Ready”. -
It would be useful for the order shifters to have a dashboard with the list of orders where there is a request to a provider in waiting for respond so not to have to open all orders. (URGENT) -
It would be helpful to have a notification when a provider replies with a comment (as now we have to open all tickets to see if there is any update) (URGENT) -
It would be useful to have an automatic update of the order status when the service provider replies to the request (order moved to approved is request validated, order moved to rejected if the request is rejected). -
As alternative it might be good to have a notification to the order management team when a provider has replied. -
Even better it would be to have an escalation process that gives evidence to tickets waiting for a reply for more than a certain time. -
Can you please let us know who can now access the SOMBO interface for order management? -
Multiple emails are not working for the provider
