4 plugin minimum size

  • Move to argparse.
  • Add the option --ace, --dbui, --extjs, --mathjax. They create the small size version of the plugin.
  • The option --web2py take an argument, the plugin name. This option generates the king size version of the plugin using the web2py tools.
  • Close #4 (closed)
