clean-up the code base

• remove todo.txt
• remove envlinx64
• remove installAnancondaDependencies.sh
• remove readme.txt
• remove release_config.yml
• remove scriptCreateArchive.sh
• remove scriptCreatePackage.sh
• remove or update sonar-project_cpp.properties
• remove deprecated debugging statement in BINARY_DEBUG_MODE
• remove parts related to alt-az server
  • make sure they are also removed from SAG-Supervisor
