v1.2 GUI bug: enable/disable for an empty partition

trouble

GUI/config: if no channel selected on an enabled partition (i.e. an empty partition), while saving the configuration file disable the partition (e.g. star it: *), but the disable button is still enabled ! So on next selection of channel(s), save still disable the partition.

solution

GUI/config: if no channel selected, change enable/disable button to disable.
