Prepare a 2 years Reproducibility challenge

Just for the fun I would like to make a 2 years Reproducibility challenge for the next school. And by the way compare several tools.

TODO:

• create a conda env for each lecture
• test to build the env with conda and run the hands on code
• same test with micromamba
• same test with conda-lock ?
• create a nix and / or guix env
• same test with nix and / or guix env
• In 2 years, run again these tests
