Accessible and user-friendly geospatial database designed to support the analysis and development of RE studies in France and the European Union. It is structured in a 1 km × 1 km grid that displays data on various variables, resulting from statistical analysis. It includes key regulatory restrictions summarized in land use categories as well as relevant technical data on onshore technologies. It is compatible with GIS systems and energy models, allowing it to be integrated into planning tools at multiple scales. The structure and presentation of data enable potential studies and tests to be carried out under different regulatory scenarios, in addition to analysis of priority areas, ensuring complete spatial coverage and easy-to-interpret results.
