xrootd: add a xrd-ls command to list files on a xrootd server

something like this:

$> xrd-ls user@server.example.com:1094/some/dir/*.txt
$> xrd-ls      server.example.com:1094/some/dir/*.txt
$> xrd-ls      server.example.com:1094/some/dir
