request to add a directory path as option to create Root directory

It would be very convenient to have an option to specify the path where we want gtot to create the directory containing the root files. It could work as well as -o to specify the output file in the old structure way but instead of a file we specify a directory.

Ex: gtot -i GP13_20241001_013854_RUN127_UD_RAW-ChanXYZ-20dB-12DUs.bin -o /sps/data/grand/gp80/GrandRoot/2024/11/ so it will create /sps/data/grand/gp80/GrandRoot/2024/11/exp_GP13_20241001_013854_RUN127_UD_RAW-ChanXYZ-20dB-12DUs_0000
