Track: ANT105 progress

Issue created to track progress and bugs of the ANT105 LAM configuration.

GOAL: create working ANT105 configuration with global nudging data.

The versions used:

• modipsl: rev. 7292
• DYNAMICO: 90c3186 (2025-03-10)
• LMDZ : rev. 5597

Work so far (on Jean-Zay):

• Compiled newest modipsl: IPSLCM7_work configuration with ICOLMDZOR subconfiguration ✅

• Successfully run the standard FR configuration ✅

• Created global monthly files for Jan-2010 ✅

  prepare_slurm_script.py 2010-01 2010-01 GLOBAL --project wuu@cpu --allocated-time 60 --target-resolution 360 180

• Successfully changed one variable z for the global file in ERA5 initial forcing required by the icosa_lmdz driver ✅
• What fails is when I add more global variables! ❌ The error:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'xios::CNetCdfException'
  what():  Error when calling function ncGetVaraType(ncid, varId, start, count, data)
NetCDF: Start+count exceeds dimension bound
Unable to read data given the location id: 327680 and the variable whose id: 12 and name: u

It might be due to the fact that I am still mixing the original nudging_forcing data with the new global data.
