Phylomemy crash

The phylomemy is not generated on a specific corpora despite no sign of exotic encoding for the text.

What is the current bug behavior?

The dot file of phylomemy is generated with no data despite adequate docs and maplists : Failed phylo dot

I have reproduced the bug on several instances.

Possible fixes

It might be a problem due to some special encoding but I have no way to check it.
