[Corpus import/upload] The error message has disappeared on version 0.0.7.4.2 at least

Summary

When uploading a CSV/TSV file with an error, we used to get an error message at the top of the screen. This message has now disappeared. It works fine on the current Prod version: 0.0.7.3.6

And it no longer works on the 0.0.7.4.2 or the current dev branch...

Steps to reproduce

Please test the 2 attached files (errors inside for testing) on the Prod version to get the right alert message:

• incorrect.csv
• incorrectHeader.csv

Then test the same files on the dev branch: you no longer see an alert message.
