[Node Phylomemy] Improve the rendering/aspect ratio of the phylomemy

Summary

Currently the phylo's aspect ratio is not really the one expected.

Steps to reproduce

Open a phylo node in different screen sizes to see the different renderings: for example a broad view, and a rather narrow (restricted view).

What is the current bug behavior?

On a broad view, the phylo seems to be ok and relatively legible.
But when viewed more closely, it becomes very difficult to read because the dots and lines are too close together.

What is the expected correct behavior?

On a narrowed view, the points and lines should be more readable.

Possible fixes

Maybe a minimum spacing between two points could be imposed.

Even if there is scrolling on the page, it will not be a problem, as readability is more important.
