Unable to spawn new server

Description

Pour reproduire:

• Se connecter sur https://jupytercloud.lal.in2p3.fr/
• S'authentifier
• Lors de la redirection sur https://jupytercloud.lal.in2p3.fr/jupyter/ on obtient le message

500 : Internal Server Error
         Failed to start your server. Please contact admin.
         You can try restarting your server from the home page.

• heure de début: alerte envoyée par mail à Florent Hivert jeudi 21 mai au soir (travail sur projets Info 121)
• confirmé par Florent dans la foulée; retransmis à Nicolas
