Limitations of FilterSet class

FilterSet has the following limitations:

• it only handles sncosmo.Bandpasses and not 2D tabulated passbands
• it does not propagate the names of the passbands
• no way to access a passband by name
• calculation of mean wavelength not implemented
• no control plots
