Adding redshift in bbf

It is probably a good idea to develop the bbf bandpasses on a (position, redshift) grid, instead of just position. This would allow NaCl to use the bbf routines out of the box, which is after all the main goal of developing bbf. In the associated merge request, we explore this avenue.
