hypercube attributes in GBlock is useless.

The configuration hypercube item in the config and the self.hypercube attribute of the GBBlock object (which is set after the config value) are not used. The hypercube configuration of the loglike can be actually set using the loglik_opts configuration items. So I guess the hypercube config parameter and object actribute can be removed.
