Investigate required orbit interpolation order

We currently use orbit linear interpolation to upsample the orbit positions.

From a quick comparison of the response computed from linearly-upsampled orbits vs. orbits computed at all timestamp, it seems that we get a relative error of around 5E-4. This is above the required response precision, which is around 1 per-mil.
