Rename "THE" variables to "SCET"

We used to use "THE" for clock time frame-related quantities. This acronym has fallen out of fashion, and we now use "SCET" more often. In the simulation paper, we even call that "clock time frame". Therefore, we should replace the_ by scet_ in the simulation.
