Sidebands are not correctly computed when laser locking is applied

Currently, both sidebands and carriers are locked independently on the incoming/adjacent sideband and carrier, respectively.

Following the simulation model, the locking conditions should only be applied to the carrier beatnotes. The background is that the real locking control loop will use the carrier beatnote as control signal.

The sidebands are then modulated onto the locked lasers, and do not inherit e.g. the clock errors of the incoming sidebands.
