RFI and TMI beatnote total frequencies are not written

Contrary to the ISI beatnote total frequency (written as isc_carriers and isc_usbs), the RFI and TMI beatnote total frequencies are not written to file in Instrument.write(). We should write them as

  • rfi_carriers and rfi_usbs
  • tmi_carriers and tmi_usbs
