Create a version of the model for prediction

Create a stan model that take all the parameter values of the BIRDkiss model as data for prediction purposes.

Sections ̀parameters and model should be empty. See TK_predict in rbioacc.

Then, with arbitrary parameter values, try to obtain biologically plausible simulation results.
