Apply the physiological BIRDkiss to two datasets

Apply the first implementation of the physiological BIRDkiss to control group data from two datasets from Trijau 2023. Store the results in Rmd notebooks (Rmd file with the output set as html_notebook in order to store the chunks' outputs)
