Select variables to link to stress

Select which model variables should be linked to stress, and with which transformation, for each of the potentially affected processes (assimilation or feeding, maintenance costs, growth costs, reproduction costs).

This set of transformations will be tested when the full BIRDkiss model is applied to reproductive studies datasets.
