Not writing dEdX table for fragment in batch mode

We realised that the dEdX tables for particles produced in a Reaction (2-body or QFS) are not written when running the simulation in batch mode. This is not the case with an interactive GUI session. Maybe the EndOfRunAction() in which these tables are written is not called in batch mode....
