Describe the plugin.dbui configuration parameters

• The plugin.dbui configuration parameters for the applications are defined in models/common_settings.py and the default values in models/plugin_dbui.py.
• The definition of these parameters have to defined in the reference documentation. It can be done in the key points sections after the import plugin_dbui subsection.
