Update to match changes in hiperta_stream for CDB

Updates:

  • input arguments to match new hiperta_stream
  • expected fields in config
  • output file name (dl1_suffix removal)
  • slurm job parsing configuration: removes global nodelist and job argument, adds job name prefix
