Update converters to work with ctapipe 0.18.1 and ctapipe-io-lst 0.20.0 and implement zfits to hdf5 converter

  • Implement zfits to hdf5 R0 converter
  • Activate CI/CD
  • Update converters to work with ctapipe 0.18.1 and ctapipe-io-lst 0.20.0
  • Deprecate the EventSource plugging classes MCHDF5EventSourceV2, MCHDF5EventSource and MCHDF5EventSourceV2Transpose as they are not working anymore with updated ctapipe dependencies
