Fix compilation with MG_DISABLE_HTTP_WEBSOCKET

Make restful_server and netcat examples compilation tests:
 - netcat doesn't use HTTP, compile it with MG_DISABLE_HTTP
 - restful_server doesn't use websocket, compile it with
   MG_DISABLE_HTTP_WEBSOCKET
