If you do not have a filesystem or do not support dav or
dynamic loading, the corresponding header files need not
be included (some environments might not have them).

On some build systems (i.e. Buildroot), _LARGEFILE_SOURCE is defined
at "higher level" as default CFLAG definition.
This fix avoids the following compilation warning:
